Shipment Costs & Delivery Times

When making purchases on our Online Shop:


UK Mainland: England, Scotland, Wales: £15.00 + vat


Northern Ireland: £20.00 + vat


Southern Ireland: £25.00 + vat


Channel Islands, Isle of Man & non UK mainland: £25.00 + vat


Shipment charges for Products and Services purchased outside of our Online Shop (i.e. via email, phone, etc) such as bespoke tables, trolleys, etc, will be clearly indicated on our quotation.


Delivery Times

Most of our stainless steel products available to buy online are manufactured to order so some items may take up to 7-10 days to be delivered. However our aim is to dispatch goods within 3-4 workings days to make delivery as fast as possible.


Delivery Terms

Goods are usually dispatched by ParcelForce.

Some goods may be delivered on a pallet by another transporter.


All deliveries will usually require a signature. However goods can be left as instructed by the customer. Goods left under these instructions will then be the customers responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Where goods have been supplied in accordance with the purchase order, but you finds the products to be unsuitable, please contact us, Mr Modshelf Ltd, within 7 days of receipt to agree a return. Once agreement has been made, you may return the item(s) in the original packaging at your own expense. Upon receipt of the goods, if they are in original condition a refund or exchange will be processed. Goods returned without prior agreement are liable for non-acceptance and will be held at the customer's risk. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Breakages

If your order is broken or damaged at the time of delivery, make sure to sign as 'damaged' with the courier and take photographs of the suspected parcel(s).

Please inform us within 3 working days upon receipt of goods so that we may make a replacement or refund.


Refunds

In the case of a refund, for any of the events written above, this will be done via Paypal or a bank transfer, by a prior agreement with the customer. Any information shared with us to make any refund (such as bank details) will never be given to a third party and will be destroyed once the agreed refund has been made.


Complaints

Complaints of our products and services can only be accepted within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods.

However every attempt will be made from ourselves to rectify any complaints or problems with our products or services.
